Refunds
At XeroGP, we strive to deliver in-game digital items promptly, often within
minutes. However, if delivery cannot be completed within 72 hours, we will
issue a full refund.
Refund Guidelines:
● Before Delivery: You may request a refund through our live chat prior to
your order being successfully delivered.
● After Delivery: Once your order is delivered, refunds or returns of payments
and goods are not permitted.
● VPN/Proxy Purchases: XeroGP reserves the right to refund purchases made using
VPNs or proxies.
● Fees: XeroGP is not responsible for any fees incurred during the refund process.
Right to Refuse Service
XeroGP reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion. Services
are unavailable to users whose accounts are temporarily or permanently suspended.
Additionally, XeroGP may cancel accounts and refuse service to any individual
at any time for any reason. By using XeroGP services, you acknowledge and accept
these terms.
